SEASON PASS HOLDER AGREEMENT

USE OF SEASON PASS
Use of the golf course under any Season Pass is conditioned upon timely payment of Season Pass, Cart Fees and/or Trail Fees. Available use times are determined by the type of pass purchased.

Season Pass Holder benefits are provided until the end of the calendar year on December 31. The Season Pass Holder may not terminate his or her agreement with the Golf Course prior to the expiration at the end of the calendar year. Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Season Pass Holder benefits and privileges shall commence upon: (i) the completion by the Season Pass Holder applicant of this Agreement; (ii) acceptance of the terms, rules and regulations described herein; (iii) payment of the fee; and (iv) acknowledgement and acceptance of this Agreement by the Management of the Toad Valley.

TEE TIMES

The purchaser of a Season Pass is not entitled to or granted any rights with regard to access to the golf course other than the advance reservations outlined in their benefits and on a tee time availability basis.

Management reserves the right to schedule, conduct and/or authorize golf tournaments and group outings that include guests who are not Season Pass Holders. During such events, Season Pass Holders may not be able to use all of the Golf Course facilities.

Season Pass Holders are required to reserve tee times through the Clubhouse or online.

CART POLICY

Season Pass Holders who have a Personal Cart must have a Trail Fee Pass sticker and pay a yearly trail fee of $180. If the Season Pass Holder uses Toad Valley’s cart storage, the trail fee pass and sticker are included.

Season Pass Holders who have a pass that includes a cart have rented one seat of the cart. When riding with someone else, they will be required to share the cart with another passenger.

Season Pass Holders who do not have a cart pass will pay $10 for 9 holes and $14 for 18 holes.

Please note: Season Pass Holders must check in with the clubhouse OR starter prior to taking a cart at all times.

CLUB MANAGEMENT
As the operator of Toad Valley, Management retains the right to decide all issues regarding operation and management of the golf course including, but not limited to, the booking of tee times and reservation of the golf course and clubhouse by tournaments and groups. Management also reserves discretion to implement, revise, restrict or otherwise control all aspects of the sale of Season Pass Holders and the benefits that Management grants Season Pass Holders. Management may change, alter or discontinue the sale of Season Pass Holders at its discretion, except that it will not materially change the benefits of a Season Pass Holdership during a calendar year.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Season Pass Holder has reviewed and understands the components and benefits of Season Pass Holdership as described above.

Individual Golf Privileges

Includes 12-months of unlimited golf course and driving range access at Toad Valley Golf Course, Deer Run Golf Club & Colfax Country Club. You can reserve tee times 16 days in advance.

Couple Season Pass Holders

A Couple Season Pass Holdership (Unlimited, Special, Twilight or Weekend Warrior) includes 1 primary member and one family sub-member. A family member is defined as a legally recognized spouse and/ child(ren) 18 years of age and under. In the case of the Special Season Pass for Seniors, it includes grandchild(ren) 18 year of age and under.

Unlimited Use of Practice Facilities

Season Pass Holders may hit unlimited practice balls on the grass driving range.

FREE Monthly Instructional Clinics

Clinics will be available on our website and will be available to all Season Pass Holders. All that is required is to sign up in the clubhouse or online prior to the clinic to confirm attendance

Merchandise Discounts

10% off hard goods (excludes sale items).

Tee Time Reservations

Season Pass Holders will have access to tee times 16-days in advance.

Season Pass Holder Guest Rates

Guests of (Unlimited, Special, Twilight & Weekend Warrior) Season Pass Holders receive 20% off rack rates when playing in a Season Pass Holder’s foursome

Participation in TVGC Golf Events

Season Pass Holders receive a discount for Toad Valley sponsored events which includes a fee for prize fund and food provided.

Simulator and Flight Zone Use

Season Pass holders may use the Flight Zone or Indoor Simulators during the Flight Hour which takes place from 10a-2p Monday - Thursday. They are extended a discount of $10 off per hour outside of the Flight Hour times.

Juniors

Must be 18 years or younger. To rent a cart, drivers must be 18. Junior Passes exclude Tuesdays and good after noon on the weekends and holidays.

College

Must be taking at least 9 credit hours.Excludes Tuesdays and is good after noon on weekends and holidays.

Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please email or contact General Manager for a case by case basis.
