USE OF MEMBERSHIP

Use of the golf course under any Membership is conditioned upon timely payment of Membership Dues, Cart Fees and/or Trail Fees. Available use times are determined by the type of pass purchased.

Membership & Season Pass benefits are provided until the end of the calendar year on December 31. The Member or Season Pass Holder may not terminate his or her agreement with the Golf Course prior to the expiration at the end of the calendar year. Memberships and Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership & Season Pass benefits and privileges shall commence upon: (i) the completion by the Membership applicant of this Agreement; (ii) acceptance of the terms, rules and regulations described herein; (iii) payment of the fee; and (iv) acknowledgement and acceptance of this Agreement by the Management of the Colfax Country Club. 

TEE TIMES 

The purchaser of a Membership is not entitled to or granted any rights with regard to access to the golf course other than the advance reservations outlined in their benefits and on a tee time availability basis.

Management reserves the right to schedule, conduct and/or authorize golf tournaments and group outings that include guests who are not Members. During such events, Members may not be able to use all of the Golf Course facilities. Members may reserve tee times through the Clubhouse or online.

CART POLICY 

• Members who have a Personal Cart must have a Trail Fee Pass sticker and pay a yearly trail fee.

• Members who have a pass that includes a cart have rented one seat of the cart. When riding with someone else, they will be required to share the cart with another passenger.

• Members who do not have a cart pass will pay $10 for 9 holes and $14 for 18 holes.

• Please note: Members must check in with the clubhouse prior to taking a cart at all times. 
  
  

CLUB MANAGEMENT
As the operator of Colfax Country Club, Management retains the right to decide all issues regarding operation and management of the golf course including, but not limited to, the booking of tee times and reservation of the golf course and clubhouse by tournaments and groups. Management also reserves discretion to implement, revise, restrict or otherwise control all aspects of the sale of Season Passes and the benefits that Management grants Season Pass Holders. Management may change, alter or discontinue the sale of Season Pass Holders at its discretion, except that it will not materially change the benefits of a Season Pass Holdership during a calendar year.

The Board and voting members will determine Membership rates.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

The Member has reviewed and understands the components and benefits of Membership as described above.

COLFAX COUNTRY CLUB 2024 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

We’re starting our 2024 membership drive. We have a quality 9-hole golf course with an attached driving range.  Our 2024 membership prices are very reasonable.  Members have the privilege of playing unlimited golf for the entire season and they have expanded access to the golf course not available to non-members.  In addition, member tournaments are held throughout the season and remember – we don’t require tee times.  

Paid in full memberships and cart storage fees are due by January 31, 2024.  All membership payments and cart storage fees are non-refundable.    

2024 Golf League: Please sign up soon as possible!  Matches must be completed Thursday to Monday with matches being witnessed by at least three league members.

3.5% transaction fee for Credit Cards for the above services except daily trail fee

All 2024 memberships and cart storage fees must be paid in full on or before January 31, 2024.  Note:  For 2024 members not renewing by January 31, 2024, greens fees and/or cart rental fees will apply and will not be applied toward your 2024 membership.

DEFINITIONS:

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP – Husband, wife (significant other) and any children under the age of 19 who are attending high school or under the age of 22 if attending college. Documentation of school attendance may be requested.

SINGLE MEMBERSHIP – Single person age 18 and over

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP – Single person under 19 years of age who attends high school.

YOUNG ADULT MEMBERSHIP - 18-25 – Single person ages 18-25. Verification of date of birth must be submitted with 

membership.

YOUNG ADULT MEMBERSHIP - 26-35– Single person ages 26-35. Verification of date of birth must be submitted with 

membership.

YOUNG COUPLE MEMBERSHIP - under 30 - Defined by oldest married spouse

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – Business membership for company owners and four employees of the company – for specific details, contact the clubhouse manager

ANNUAL TRAIL FEE- Unlimited use of your own golf cart brought with you to the country club and not stored at the club.

ANNUAL CART RENTAL – Use of a rental cart subject to availability – not valid for tournaments.  For specific details, contact the clubhouse manager
