Cancelation of Sim & Toptracer Time
We require a credit card on file for Simulator & Toptracer bookings. Your card will be charged for no shows. We require at least 12 hours notice of cancelation.

Reservations
Reservations for Simulators and Flight Zone Toptracer bays are strongly encouraged. Reservations may be made online. Walk-ins are available on a limited basis, and will be made available first come, first served. Reservations will always take priority.

Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. This will provide you with ample time to check in for your reservation, as well as get registered with the Toptracer app.

Bay Time
Your bay is only guaranteed for the amount of time of your original reservation. Time extensions are available on a case-by-case basis, based on occupancy. If you are late for your reservation, this will count towards your rental period. (IE, if you are scheduled for 6:00pm – 7:00pm, but don’t show up until 6:10pm, your reservation will still conclude at 7:00pm.

Safety Rules
Each bay in the simulator can accommodate a maximum of 6 players (No exceptions). Bays in the Toptracer can accomodate a maximum of 8 players. This includes all players and spectators. Reservations for more than 6/8 players will require multiple bays. For safety reasons, only one person may be on the hitting mat at a time. All other players must be in the seating/lounge area of the bay. Always check your surroundings before swinging a club.
